Contrary to yesterday’s post about not walking away, walking is one of the best ways I know to brighten your day and lift your mood. When it’s done after you’ve finished whatever it is you’re doing of course.
It has a magical ability to help you solve your problems while brightening your mood and letting any fog in your head slowly clear away. The hard part, is being able to lift your head and realising that a walk could sort you out.
But if in doubt, walk it out.
