You’ll do 40% more than someone who practises every weekday. 40% is a lot, especially when it starts compounding on itself and growing.
But ok that assumes you practise the same amount every day, well what if you work on something at the weekends only but you have two long 4 hour sessions of practice, 8 hours a week and it’ll wait till next weekend.
Not bad, but what if you manage an extra 30 minutes each weeknight? That’s an extra 2.5 hours a week, that’s a little more than 30% extra. And again, 30% is a huge difference.
That is the power of a little and often, it builds up and compounds and you just keep getting better.
